Each of these beautiful companions contains a comprehensive list of resources such as podcasts, sibling books, books on baby loss & grief, a variety of keepsakes & gifts from jewellery, artwork, memory boxes & baby loss journals, as well as a range of support services, information resources and bereavement education.
They have been thoughtfully and carefully compiled to save the endless searching so bereaved families and their support people can connect quickly and find information, resources & keepsakes when they need them. All resources apply Australia wide. Each companion also includes a section of gentle suggestions for memory making with baby.
Who is it for?
The companions are for those experiencing pregnancy and/or baby loss at any gestation or age. Importantly it is also for those wanting to know how to support them including family, friends and health providers.
Anyone affected by baby loss will find a little help in these companions.

‘A little help from Jack’ was created by Emily Judd and Nick Waldron in memory of their son Jack Robert Waldron who was born still at 38.6 weeks on the 5th of October 2021. It is a practical resource companion for pregnancy and baby loss.
‘A little help from Remy’ was developed in collaboration with Meagan Donaldson in memory of her son Remy Asher Donaldson who was born via TFMR on the 11th of February 2023. It is a practical resource companion for Termination For Medical Reasons (TFMR).
